By executing below, you agree to the Terms of Use (TOU) and Privacy Policy (PP) at www.EasternPointTrust.com, and acknowledge you are the sole intended recipient of Confidential Information of Eastern Point Trust Company (EPTC) and receive access only under a limited, revocable, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable license, subject to the TOU and PP. All Confidential Information (including any Intellectual Property, Trade Secrets, PRT Constructs, PRT Confidential Information, and related materials) remains EPTC’s exclusive property. You may use it solely for private, non‑commercial review and evaluation and may not access, use, copy, share, or disclose it to any third party without EPTC’s board of directors’ prior written consent. In addition, as defined in the TOU, you will not: (1) use any Confidential Information for Competitive Activity; (2) use it to avoid, circumvent, or undermine any Intellectual Property, Trade Secrets, Confidentiality, Non‑Disclosure, Non‑Compete, or similar obligations owed to EPTC, Forward Giving, PRT Services, or any other party; or (3) engage in Trade Disparagement. Any unauthorized use or dissemination is strictly prohibited, and if these terms conflict with any other agreement, these terms control.
